نقدّم خدمة الأعمال الكهربائية باحترافية كاملة ومتوافقة مع الأكواد والمواصفات العالمية (IEC, IEEE, NEC/NFPA, UL/FM, ISO) من التصميم والحسابات حتى التوريد والتركيب ثم الاختبارات والتشغيل والتسليم.

• توزيع القدرة (LV/MV/High Current): لوحات MDB/SMDB/DB وMCC، محركات/VFD وSoft Starters، دراسات الأحمال، جداول التوزيع، حساب هبوط الجهد (Voltage Drop)، القصر (Short‑Circuit) والحرارة، تنسيق وحماية Selectivity وArc‑Flash عند الحاجة.
• محطات ومحولات/مفاتيح متوسطة الجهد: RMU/Switchgear، محولات (Dry/Oil)، مفاتيح وحمايات، كابلات MV وتركيباتها وملحقاتها وفق IEC.
• مصادر احتياطية وجودة طاقة: مولدات، ATS/AMF وسنكرونايزيشن، UPS (Online/Modular) للدوائر الحرجة، بنوك مكثفات (Power Factor Correction) ومرشحات التوافقيات (Passive/Active Harmonic Filters).
• أنظمة التأريض والبرق: شبكات Earthing & Bonding، اختبارات مقاومة الأرض، نظام حماية من الصواعق وفق IEC 62305 وNFPA وBS EN، ربط متكامل مع الأنظمة.
• إدارة الكوابل ومساراتها: جسور/سلال كوابل، ترنكينج، مواسير PVC/EMT/RGS، تفاصيل المساند والتثبيت وفواصل الحريق Firestopping.
• الإنارة والقوى الخفيفة: إنارة داخلية/خارجية، إنارة طوارئ ولوحات الخروج، مقابس وقواطع وقدرة صغيرة، دراسات إضاءة (Dialux/Relux) وقيم Lux والتوافق مع المعايير.
• أنظمة التيار الضعيف (ELV): إنذار الحريق Addressable/Voice Evac، كاميرات CCTV، تحكم دخول، إنتركم/Video، شبكات وهيكلة كيبلات (Cat6/6A & Fiber)، نظام النداء العام (PA/VA)، SMATV/IPTV، عدادات طاقة ذكية، أنظمة مواقف/بوابات… إلخ.
• تكامل BMS والمراقبة: نقاط قياس وتحكم، بروتوكولات BACnet/Modbus، ربط العدادات والأحمال الحرجة وإظهار التقارير وTrend Logs.
• الاختبارات والتشغيل (T&C): قياس عزل (Megger/IR)، استمرارية Loop/Continuity، اختبار RCD، فحوصات المقاومية الأرضية، اختبار الأحمال الوظيفي، FAT/SAT عند الحاجة، ثم تشغيل تدريجي وتسليم نهائي.
• المستندات والجودة: Single‑Line Diagrams وShop Drawings وBOQ، اعتماد مواد (Material Submittals) وITP/QC وMethod Statements وHSE، وثائق As‑Built وO&M وبرامج صيانة وقائية/تصحيحية.

We deliver Electrical Works to international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC/NFPA, UL/FM, ISO) from engineering and studies to procurement & installation, followed by testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Power Distribution (LV/MV/High‑Current): MDB/SMDB/DB & MCC, motors with VFD/soft starters, load schedules, voltage‑drop, short‑circuit and thermal sizing, protection coordination & arc‑flash studies.
• MV Substations & Transformers: RMU/switchgear, dry/oil transformers, protection relays, MV cabling & terminations as per IEC.
• Backup & Power Quality: generators with ATS/AMF & synchronization, UPS (online/modular) for critical loads, power‑factor correction capacitor banks and harmonic filters (passive/active).
• Earthing & Lightning: earthing/bonding networks, earth‑resistance testing, lightning protection systems to IEC 62305/NFPA/EN with full integration.
• Cable Management & Routing: trays/ladders, trunking, PVC/EMT/RGS conduits, supports, spacing, and compliant fire‑stopping details.
• Lighting & Small Power: indoor/outdoor lighting, emergency & exit lighting, sockets and small power; photometric design (Dialux/Relux) and Lux compliance.
• ELV Systems: addressable fire alarm & voice evacuation, CCTV, access control, intercom, structured cabling (Cat6/6A & fiber), PA/VA, SMATV/IPTV, smart metering, parking/barrier systems.
• BMS & Integration: points lists, BACnet/Modbus, energy metering and dashboards, integration of critical loads with trends & reports.
• Testing & Commissioning: insulation resistance (IR/Megger), continuity/loop impedance, RCD testing, earth‑resistivity, functional/load tests, FAT/SAT where applicable, staged start‑up and final handover.
• Documentation & Quality: SLDs, shop drawings & BOQs, material submittals, ITP/QC, method statements & HSE, complete As‑Built and O&M manuals, preventive/corrective maintenance plans.
